In response to the previous email, I have found the record label responsible for the original version of Beggin', so I emailed them.
This is what I sent.

A2 Music Video: Copyright Letter
A2 Music Video
Copyright Letter
This is the letter that I sent the copyright holders of the song, the record label, ELEMENT.
Copyright Letter
This is the letter that I sent the copyright holders of the song, the record label, ELEMENT.
I did not get a reply from ELEMENT, so I looked more into the song and the artists and found that I have emailed the wrong people.
ELEMENT are only responsible for the Madcon cover, yet we need permission from the original song writers, Bob Gaudio and Peggy Farina.

A2 Music Video: Choosing the Song
A2 Music Video: Choosing the Song
We had difficulty choosing the song that we was going to use. We had discussions to help us decide, and in these discussions we'd pitch ideas that we had for a song, noted them down, and decided upon one of those ideas.
The ideas we had were:
Madcon - Beggin'
The idea for this video was that there was going to be one or two homeless people, who are dancing for money, essentially begging. A dance crew spots them, and decides to adopt them in to their crew. The homeless people become successful members of the dance crew and go forward to perform and dance with the crew and are no longer homeless.
The message in this video would be that you should never give up, and if you have a dream, you should always go for it, because you never know when your opportunity is going to come.
Madcon - Beggin'
We had another idea for this song. This idea was that there was going to be someone, who got themself into trouble, or who was wanted by someone and this person gets chased by a group of people, and it turns into a free run chase, where the person goes on to getting caught. He is left begging not to get interrogated, hurt or imprisoned.
Lanal Del Ray (Cedric Gervais Remix) - Summertime Sadness
This idea was that a boy or a girl is looking through some old photos, and each image represents a memory and the image turns into a video.
